Until April 4th 2011, interested architecture firms were invited to submit qualifications and portfolios of accomplishment that establish the design capability and experience of the firm. Following portfolio and qualifications evaluation, no more than five (5) firms will be invited to participate in Stage 2, a juried design competition.
